the food service industry is difficult. Quality must be maintained but price must be competitive. We work with many food service companies to provide a competitive supply of breads and confectionery which they deliver to their customers in independent restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, healthcare facilities, public facilities etc.

Our Products….

We are continually striving to meet and exceed our customer needs and expectations with quality products while maintaining our core Family Bakery values. The range of products is huge, from traditional Irish Soda Breads, Sourdough, Multigrain, Protein, Chia Seed, Seeded and other health breads, Rolls, Bracks, Slices and Scones to Black Forest, Pavlovas, Cheesecakes, Carrot Cake, Biscuit Cake in catering and individual sizes, and a full selection

Par Baked Breads ready for baking on site. Par baking is a cooking technique in which bread is partially baked and then rapidly frozen for storage. The bread is baked normally, but halted at about 80% of the normal cooking time, It can then be fully baked in from frozen.

All products are produced by our master bakers and confectioners in our BRC accredited purpose-built premises.

We continuously develop new products as customer needs change and new flavours and trends become popular. We engage in ongoing research and development to ensure that our methods and product are the best that they can be
